spangled American flag, bowling pins for the whole team, sweet big-eyed

Yep, that's our tiny little cupcake holding court over all those towering Wedding Cakes! We designed white chocolate leaves using a technique from Hello, Cupcake! and dusted them with a pearly sheen for the April/May 2008 BRIDE's Magazine story on BRIDE's 50 most beautiful wedding cakes. We showed editor Maria McMbride how to use a zip lock bag to decorate cupcakes with white chocolate leaves. Did you see us on the Martha Stewart Show April 1st? First Karen and Martha chatted over POPCORN. Then they indulged in a BAGEL and LOX with a SCHMEER. The two of them really got going when they made a TV DINNER and topped it off with a few ears of CORN on the COB! Did I mention it was April Fool's Day and they were making CUPCAKES? On GOURMET Magazine's Diary of a Foodie, we show the GOURMET editors how to make cupcakes decorated to look like a spectacular city scape using chocolate dipped cupcakes and yellow and white sprinkles. We even include our city mascot, King Kong, made from a Teddy Graham dipped in melted chocolate icing.
